Our plans we offer can be paid on a retainer basis where money is deducted after the service is completed with a 10% off discount (labor only). Firewire provides 3 tiers of IT support. Tier one support are basic issues such as slow software, printer issues, bluescreens, PC hardware issues and error messages. Tier two is a more in-depth technical support level than Tier one and therefore the techs are more experienced and knowledgeable on more products or services. Examples of Tier two services are network Issues, Active Directory/Domain issues server down, rebuild / troubleshoot RAID array and advanced network troubleshooting. Tier three is the highest level of support in a three-tiered technical support model responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems. Some examples of Tier three issues are: Important application will not work correctly after extensive tier 2 troubleshooting, network equipment has intermittent, random packet loss or unresponsive to network diagnostics, server migration fails and problems rebuilding a database.
